Whole Body Research Green Coffee Bean Extract Review

Green Coffee Bean dietary supplementI’ve tried different fat burners in the past that left me with jitters or gave me an upset stomach, so when I recently started looking into them again, I really wanted to find something natural and something that would actually work. I’ve been trying to not put chemicals in my body anymore. One of my friends had been telling me about Green Coffee extract which she heard about from the Dr. Oz show. I’ve never really watched his show and don’t really care about what he recommends, but I was researching several different natural supplements and I found some interesting stuff about Green Coffee. Green Coffee Bean Extract comes from unroasted coffee beans and it apparently contains an acid that is supposed to help regulate the glucose levels in the body which in turn can help with weight loss. I was skeptical that this might just be some kind of gimmick and that it wouldn’t really work, but there was even a recent medical study on Green Coffee Bean Extract that found that it can in fact double weight loss, so I was really excited to try it out for myself.

I found a Green Coffee supplement that had 50% Chlorogenic Acid, which is the active weight loss ingredient in Green Coffee Bean Extract and was even more potent than the Green Coffee used in the recent study. The Green Coffee Bean extract that was used in the study only contained 45% CGA. Dr. Oz recommended you use a green coffee supplement that was at least 45% CGA, so I was hoping that this product by Whole Body Research would work even better because it was more potent.

I took the Whole Body Research Green Coffee Bean 1800 twice a day for 28 days, and so far, I’ve been really pleased with the results. I’ve only got a few days left on the bottle and it’s been working so well, I’m already planning to order more. My boyfriend even commented on it the other day. He said I looked healthier and like I’d lost weight. I didn’t want to say that he was right, but he was totally right. The Whole Body Research Green Coffee Bean Extract really does seem to be working. I actually think my double chin is now just a one and a half chin! LOL! I still have some more pounds to lose, so I’m looking forward to seeing if it continues– hopefully it keeps working and just gets better and better as time goes on!

If you’ve been trying to find a Green Coffee supplement to take, the Whole Body Research Green Coffee Bean Extract 1800 has been working wonders for me and I feel like I’m actually starting to get healthy again. ┬áIf you want to find out more about Green Coffee and Whole Body Research, click here to check out their website.
